At Masterbuilt, we stand behind the quality of our grills and smokers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the return process and select your reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer's packaging with all manuals and components included to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
